All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

You can choose between Standard and Express shipping at checkout. Please note Standard shipping is NOT TRACKED! If you wish to receive your order quicker and with tracking please choose Express shipping!

Turnaround time is currently 5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays! These are estimated turnaround times only and should there be any delay in sending out your order, I will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel or amend my order (for example you've input the wrong address)?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must do so immediately after placing the order. Please send an email at thedreamingnook@gmail.com, stating your order number, your name and any instructions.
